Dear PI's
Two questions about NB sangha who were Vajradhatu:
1. They used to be an MI in Vajradhatu-world and would like to become a PI in NB-world. How do we go about this?
2. They are about to finish their sadhana (not VS), other suggesting that they consult with Rinpoche, is there a perscribed course of action in this scenario?

answer to question 1 from Lee:
He will need to do the first PI weekend with
the videos and work with whomever is arranging . Do you have one
scheduled? If not, he could alternatively just review the videos himself
but that would not be as good since there needs to be some practice in
conducting interviews and some dialog about the curriculum. Still if he
is the only person in Seattle who wants to train in being a PI maybe
that is the best way to get him started. Alternatively maybe you can
suggest to him that he put some energy into setting up such a weekend
with potential and existing PIs. We all need more training and this
might be a way for him to contribute to our PI sangha.
answer to question 2 from Lee:
As to the Vajrayogini situation. He should talk with DPR about what
Rinpoche wants him to do next. Maybe this is something that in time
others can take on, but at this point Rinpoche is the vajra master
and I
have no other information about who could direct a vajrayana student.
